Black EPDM grommet bushes provide a custom protective sleeve or liner where wiring crosses an opening. The length and bore should follow the protected region while allowing the cable to leave the rubber without an abrupt forced bend. The retained profile must also match the surrounding wall.
Check the available space beyond the panel before choosing the sleeve length. A broad mounting face may fit the opening while the projecting portion reaches a nearby obstruction. Custom dimensions, color and molded identification can be selected around the actual arrangement. During installation, keep the sleeve aligned with the cable path and settle the retaining region without twisting it. After the wire is secured, inspect the exit for localized pressure from a tie or bracket. If the rubber starts rubbing midway along its length, compare that mark with nearby hardware before replacing it. Correcting the route prevents the new sleeve from carrying the same unintended contact beneath an otherwise neat visible entry.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The length and bore should follow the protected region while allowing the cable to leave the rubber without an abrupt forced bend. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
