Rubber feet for furniture legs can be molded as ferrules that fit the support ends and provide contact with the resting surface. Each ferrule's internal profile should retain the leg or mounting feature, while the outside base should suit the way the furniture stands. The custom shape needs to coordinate both roles.
Check the full seating depth and any change in the leg profile near its end. A ferrule that stops prematurely can leave the furniture at an unintended height. The ground contact should occur on the planned face rather than along a raised corner. Evaluate the complete set of supports with the furniture in its normal configuration.
Material, size, and color can be selected around the furniture design and care conditions. Clean the lower face and inspect the opening for splits if the ferrule begins to loosen. Persistent movement may indicate a mismatched inner shape or a damaged leg. Replace the correct configuration rather than forcing a smaller cap onto the same support to increase retention.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
