A Round Rubber End Cap covers a circular end using a fitted sidewall and closed face. The internal diameter should match the finished outside surface of the component, while the engagement length determines how much of that surface supports the cap. A short cap may be easy to remove but leave limited grip during handling.
Custom silicone geometry, hardness and color options allow the part to suit the component and its environment. Consider any seam, coating or local diameter change along the engagement area. These features can affect the fit even when the end itself measures as expected.
Before installation, remove particles from the cap cavity and inspect the component edge for sharp areas. Seat the cap evenly around the circumference without rolling one side underneath. Evaluate its retention through the intended handling sequence, and assess any sealing duty on the complete assembly. During removal, support the cap body rather than pulling repeatedly on one small edge. Replace parts with internal cuts or an opening that no longer returns to its intended shape.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The internal diameter should match the finished outside surface of the component, while the engagement length determines how much of that surface supports the cap. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Compare inside diameter A with the outside of the part being covered. Check inside depth C and overall dimensions B and D for available clearance. These RSE references show a round cap with one closed end.
43 closed-end cap sizes. A is the inside diameter and C is the usable internal depth; B and D describe the outside envelope.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
