A round square grommet can be customized to combine the required passage and outer mounting outlines in one rubber component. The useful geometry depends on the panel opening and the feature that passes through or closes it. Its dimensions, compound and color can be developed for that interface.
Compare each outline independently. A circular passage may need to sit within a different exterior profile, and corner radii can determine whether the retaining region reaches its seat. Matching only the largest width can miss a local interference that leaves one side raised.
For hole sealing, evaluate the contact around both the outer perimeter and any inner mating feature. The rubber should remain in its intended orientation after the surrounding assembly is secured. Fit it without stretching a corner to overcome a mismatched cutout, and inspect for a rolled retaining edge. During later service, preserve the relationship between the round and square features when reinstalling the part. A visually similar ring or plug may not reproduce the locating details that keep this custom profile seated.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. A circular passage may need to sit within a different exterior profile, and corner radii can determine whether the retaining region reaches its seat. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
