Round white rubber feet with metal washer components need a fastening arrangement that suits both the metal interface and the molded rubber body. The washer can provide a defined area within the mounting design, but its presence alone does not specify an allowable load or fastening torque.
Compare the chosen fastener head and shank with the foot's available recess and opening. The fastener should engage the intended mounting structure without projecting into the floor contact area. Custom geometry, rubber material and hardness can be developed around those interfaces, with color selected for the furniture design.
Install the feet using the assembly's fastening requirements, then inspect the exposed contact faces. Check that tightening has not distorted one foot enough to change its height relative to the others. Keep the metal parts clear of the supporting surface as intended. During maintenance, examine the attachment for loosening and inspect the rubber around the washer for splitting or movement before returning the item to use.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The washer can provide a defined area within the mounting design, but its presence alone does not specify an allowable load or fastening torque. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
