Rubber anti slip tips provide a customizable contact at the end of a supported component. ETOL offers different sizes, colors and rubber materials, allowing the tip to be matched to its receiving member and surface conditions. Grip is a property of that complete contact, not of the rubber name alone.
Evaluate the selected part on the actual finish where it will be used. A smooth floor with cleaning residue can behave differently from the same floor after it has been cleaned and dried. Also check whether the tip sits flat; contact concentrated on one edge changes its behavior even when the compound is unchanged.
Choose the internal cavity for the support's actual dimensions so it cannot rock independently on the member. Keep the underside free of dust and embedded grit. When inspecting a used tip, look for both wear and contamination before deciding that a different material is needed. Evaluate friction and any surface marking with the intended tip and substrate together, including the finish and cleaning conditions expected during use.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
