Match the attachment and installation method
Firm silicone rubber feet for chair assemblies need to suit the mounting geometry as well as the desired feel at the floor contact. A harder rubber may deform differently during insertion and use, so the attachment should be developed with the selected compound rather than copied from a softer version without evaluation.
ETOL can customize the foot dimensions, color and hardness. Compare the mating leg or fastening area with the retained section, and check whether the foot reaches its proper seat. The words hard and strong do not establish a load rating for the completed chair.
Evaluate the fitted feet with the chair resting in its normal position on the intended surface. Check that the contact faces remain aligned and that no surrounding hardware bears directly on the floor. If a foot is difficult to install, inspect the dimensions and surface condition before applying additional force. During replacement, keep the selected configuration consistent across the chair so differences in seating or compression do not create uneven contact.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The words hard and strong do not establish a load rating for the completed chair. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
