A rubber anti vibration component with iron features combines rigid attachment areas with a flexible body. The iron portions locate the part within an assembly, while the rubber's working section must remain arranged to provide the intended compliance. The complete mounting path determines whether rigid surfaces unintentionally bypass that section.
Check the hardware outline, fastening positions and body clearance before installation. Drawing misaligned attachments together by tightening can leave the rubber permanently displaced. The selected formulation must also suit the environment around the mount, including substances that may contact both rubber and exposed metal.
