A rubber anti vibration sleeve places a compliant cylindrical interface between mating components. Its bore, outside diameter and length can be customized so the rubber occupies the intended mounting space. Hardness and compound are selected with the direction of loading and surrounding conditions in mind.
Determine which member moves with the supported component and which belongs to the fixed structure. The sleeve must sit in the path between them. A fastener shoulder, retaining washer or adjacent bracket that touches both sides directly can introduce a rigid connection alongside the rubber. Check these clearances in the assembled position, including any compression created during fastening.
The ends of the sleeve also need an intentional arrangement. They may locate within a recess or sit beside retaining components, and their available space affects how the rubber moves. Avoid leaving a sharp edge at the bore or outer seat that could cut the part during installation. Observe the completed mounting through its intended movement and inspect for rubbing at the sleeve ends. Selection should follow the complete assembly requirements rather than a hardness number alone.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
