Small EPDM rubber bellows can be customized around a compact moving interface. Dimensions, structure and color can follow the application, with hardness choices from 30 to 90 Shore A. The small size makes the space around the folds particularly relevant to the installed fit.
Check the tube at the positions where its ends are closest and farthest apart. The folds need somewhere to gather when compressed, and the body should not become taut when extended. Review the surrounding hardware at intermediate positions as well, since a small sideways bend can bring the bellows into contact with an edge.
Select the finished EPDM formulation for the actual exposure and cleaning conditions. Fit the end regions without introducing twist into the tubular body. During maintenance, inspect between folds for debris and look for abrasion where the cover approaches nearby parts. If access is restricted, examine the component during service disassembly rather than judging only the visible outer fold. Replace damage together with correcting any interference that caused it.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
