A soft rubber bottle cap seal creates a flexible contact area at a bottle opening. Its shape needs to follow the actual rim and the way the closure is retained. Custom dimensions and silicone options allow the part to be developed around that interface rather than relying on bottle capacity as a size guide.
Residue on the mating band can keep a soft seal from resting evenly. Clean the bottle rim and the corresponding area inside the closure before refitting, paying attention to a narrow groove or recess. The rubber should seat without a folded section that leaves one edge higher than the rest. Where the part contacts a beverage, choose the finished compound for that contact and the intended care method. After removal, allow the closure to dry before storing it. Inspect the sealing band for a nick or persistent crease; these are more relevant to the fit than a clean looking outside surface. Replace a damaged seal rather than pressing harder to flatten it against the bottle.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
