A rubber dust usb cover should fit the device's port surround and designated retaining surface. Devices with the same connector type may have different recesses, case thicknesses or neighboring features, so the cover needs to be developed around the finished enclosure rather than only the connector name.
ETOL can customize structure, dimensions, hardness, material and color. Check the space available to grip the cover and remove it before a cable is connected. The retained profile should remain clear of delicate internal contacts unless the device design specifically defines the intended interface.
Fit the cap gently and inspect whether it reaches its seat without interference. Do not force it into a similar-looking port. During routine care, keep lint and residue away from the inside so refitting the cover does not push debris toward the connector. A dust-protection role does not establish a waterproof rating for the device. Replace a damaged cover with the designated profile so its removal access and retained fit remain appropriate.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The retained profile should remain clear of delicate internal contacts unless the device design specifically defines the intended interface. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
