Silicone rubber end caps tips cover the ends of components with a custom molded rubber profile. Size and color can be adapted to the product, allowing the cover to follow the receiving shape while remaining visually coordinated with the assembly. The internal fit should be established before choosing the visible outline.
Check the end diameter or other cross section, the available insertion length, and any lip or taper. A cap that stops too early may leave the intended area exposed, while an overly deep socket can place the closed end where it lacks support. The outer shape also needs clearance from adjoining parts.
Fit the cap onto a clean surface without rolling its edge or overstretching the rubber. Inspect the position after assembly and confirm it remains located during the intended handling. Select the compound for the actual contact conditions and cleaning products. Color can help distinguish versions, but replacements should match the dimensions and material as well as appearance. Replace damaged caps before the underlying end becomes exposed.

FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Compare inside diameter A with the outside of the part being covered. Check inside depth C and overall dimensions B and D for available clearance. These RSE references show a round cap with one closed end.
43 closed-end cap sizes. A is the inside diameter and C is the usable internal depth; B and D describe the outside envelope.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
