Replacement rubber end caps can be customized in dimensions, material, color and logo to suit a particular support. For replacement, measure the support it fits; old rubber may have stretched or compressed during service.
Measure the support's end and available engagement length, including any taper or shoulder controlling the seated position. A replacement should reach that position without an edge folding into the cavity. Examine the underlying member for damage that may have caused the old tip to fail.
After fitting, carefully check the contact face and rim rather than judging attachment by appearance alone. A tip can feel tight near the opening but remain perched above its intended seat. Keep its base free from hard debris, and inspect the inside if the tip is removed during maintenance. Wear concentrated at the center can indicate pressure from the end beneath it, so that area deserves attention even when the sidewall appears sound.

FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Compare inside diameter A with the outside of the part being covered. Check inside depth C and overall dimensions B and D for available clearance. These RSE references show a round cap with one closed end.
43 closed-end cap sizes. A is the inside diameter and C is the usable internal depth; B and D describe the outside envelope.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
