Silicone rubber chair tips provide a soft interface beneath chair legs, helping cover the hard leg ends that would otherwise touch the floor directly. For a nominal two-inch selection, establish which dimension the size describes before comparing it with the furniture. The outside width of a tip and the opening that receives the leg are different measurements.
Measure the actual end of the chair leg, including its corner radius or taper. A square tube and a round tube with the same overall width need different internal profiles. The insertion depth should also let the leg rest properly against the base rather than hanging from the cover's upper rim.
Once fitted, place the chair on a level surface and check that all tips make stable contact. Avoid stretching a poorly matched opening over sharp corners, which can create a tear during installation. Remove grit from the underside as part of floor cleaning, and lift the chair if a tip starts rolling or coming loose during movement.

FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Compare inside diameter A with the outside of the part being covered. Check inside depth C and overall dimensions B and D for available clearance. These RSE references show a round cap with one closed end.
43 closed-end cap sizes. A is the inside diameter and C is the usable internal depth; B and D describe the outside envelope.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
