A rubber protective sleeve cover encloses a tube or furniture-leg end, replacing exposed hard contact with a molded rubber surface. The appropriate sleeve depth depends on the receiving part. A straight table tube may accept a long cover, while a chair leg with a nearby bend or brace may leave only a short fitting area.
Measure the available straight section as well as the end profile. The sleeve should reach its intended seat before meeting an obstruction. If the tube is open, the cut edge must be smooth enough that it does not slice the rubber from within when the furniture is loaded or moved.
Evaluate the fitted cover in the item's normal resting position. The base should meet the surface without rolling onto an unsupported sidewall. Custom material selection should reflect the floor finish and expected cleaning exposure. Inspect the rim and underside when moving the furniture, and replace sleeves that creep off the end rather than relying on extra stretching to hold an unsuitable fit.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
