Rubber Protective Leg Tips cover furniture leg ends and provide a flexible contact surface beneath them. A custom tip should follow the leg profile and seated height while remaining suitable for the surfaces on which the furniture will be used. Size, material and color can be chosen to suit the furniture design.
Check the complete item on each intended surface rather than approving a tip only on a workbench. A floor joint or textured area may contact the base differently from a smooth test surface. The cover should stay square to the leg and should not roll at its mouth when the furniture is repositioned. Remove rough edges from the leg before fitting so the rubber is not cut from inside. During cleaning, lift the furniture enough to remove trapped grit beneath the tips. If one tip wears faster than the others, inspect the corresponding leg position and the way the item is moved before replacing the full set with a different profile.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
