Custom rubber feet for furniture can be developed around the attachment points and the surface below. Size, material, hardness, and color are available design choices, but the installed height and contact area should be established first. Those dimensions determine how the furniture rests once the feet are fitted.
Check every relevant support position rather than measuring one in isolation. A recess or different attachment depth can change the effective height even when the loose feet are identical. The selected geometry should keep the contact face beneath the intended load path.
Fit the components through the furniture's designed retention method and assess the complete piece on its normal surface. Select the compound for that surface and the cleaning process. During maintenance, remove trapped particles and inspect for movement or uneven wear. Replace with compatible heights and attachment profiles across the support system rather than choosing a visually similar foot solely because its color matches. This preserves the furniture's intended seating without altering the surrounding structure.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. A recess or different attachment depth can change the effective height even when the loose feet are identical. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
