Screw-on rubber feet with suction cup bases should be developed around the device base and supporting surface. For an order of screw-on feet, specify the receiving screw connection and installed support height. The fixing holds each foot to the product, while its cup face meets the surface below it. Tightening should not twist the rim or change the intended foot height unpredictably.
Material, dimensions, hardness and color can match the application. Define thread engagement and clearance inside the base so the fastener does not interfere with internal parts. Check the available contact area beneath the device before choosing the cup profile.
Evaluate the complete set after fastening. Each foot should meet the surface evenly without leaving the device rocking or concentrating load at one point. Assess retention under representative use and keep the contact faces clean before placement. During maintenance, inspect both the screw connection and cup rim. A loose foot attachment differs from loss of suction at the surface, so identify the affected interface before replacing the part. Preserve the intended height and configuration across the set.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
