Rubber suction cup feet combine a support-point role with a suction-contact base. The custom dimensions should match the product mounting area and the surface on which it will stand. An NBR compound needs to be selected for the substances and temperatures present in that application.
The supporting surface must suit the suction face. Texture, porosity, joints, or contamination can prevent the intended contact, even when the foot rests flat. Check the complete item with all feet in place so its weight is distributed as intended without rocking or lifting one cup edge.
Clean the contact faces before attachment and inspect the cup lips for damage. Use the fitting and release method appropriate to the product rather than dragging the feet across the surface. Holding behavior depends on the complete arrangement and surface condition, so the cups should not be treated as an unconditional restraint against movement. During maintenance, check the mounting to the product as well as the suction face, and replace a torn or distorted foot before continued use.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
