A Rubber seal for bottles should match the closure's contact surface and the space available when the bottle is closed. This design includes a 0.5 mm thickness reference, making the actual cross-section and mating geometry especially important to establish before selection.
ETOL offers custom dimensions, compounds, hardness and colors. Relate the thickness reference to the selected profile rather than assuming it describes every ring or gasket configuration. Check the closure seat, the inner opening and the outside contact boundary as a complete interface.
A thin seal needs careful handling to avoid stretching, twisting or folding during placement. Keep it flat in its intended seat before bringing the closure together. Verify that it remains within the contact area rather than being dragged toward the bottle opening as the closure is fitted.
Choose the compound for the contents and cleaning process, and evaluate the completed bottle closure under its specified conditions. During removal, keep sharp points away from the thin section. Clean both mating surfaces before reassembly and replace a damaged ring instead of layering another seal over it. If the bottle or closure is changed, reassess the available space; a small dimensional difference can materially alter the contact of a thin component.

Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
