A rubber push button provides a custom molded operating surface within a silicone keypad. The visible cap should fit the housing and align with the switch beneath. Function identification can be printed, embossed, debossed, or color-filled according to the available face area.
Check the installed view before finalizing the legend. The housing may cover the surrounding membrane and reduce the area visible to the user. Leave enough clearance around the moving cap so it does not rub against the aperture during a press.
Fit the keypad cleanly and inspect its stationary edges before closing the enclosure. Test the controls with the case secured, including presses from the normal finger angle and near adjacent keys. The complete switch and housing arrangement determines the final movement and actuation requirements. Select the compound and marking method for the actual environment and cleaning routine. During care, remove residue gently without scraping the legends or forcing dirt beneath the key boundaries, and recheck seating after any panel service.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
