Rubber tires for toys can use a relatively firm contact section in a custom roller or wheel. For this configuration, the width of the working surface matters alongside its diameter. The rubber should meet the intended rolling surface across the region the toy design uses.
Compare the center and edges of the roller after assembly. An axle or support that holds it at an angle can concentrate contact on one shoulder. Changing to harder rubber does not correct that geometry. Look for side rubbing against the toy body or support, particularly where a broad roller sits close to another part.
Define the rubber width and its inner retention together so the outer edge remains supported. Choose the formulation for the actual play surface and the finished toy's handling requirements. Firmness should be assessed on the assembled roller rather than only by pressing a loose component.
Keep debris away from the side faces as well as the running surface. Inspect for wear concentrated at one edge and address its cause before replacement. The selected part should restore the intended working width and location, with attachment assessed for the toy's intended users.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
