Match the attachment and installation method
Custom toy car wheel rubber tires should be developed around their intended rolling and rim retention function. A molded tire shaped dog toy has a different use and requires a separately assessed design. The shared tire appearance should not be treated as a reason to interchange those configurations.
For a toy vehicle, define the inner wheel interface, outside diameter and width together. Check body and axle clearance through the intended movement. For a pet toy, the formulation, dimensions and construction should be selected for the intended animal and handling requirements of the finished product.
Custom material, hardness, size and color options allow the appropriate version to be developed. Evaluate each completed product for its actual use rather than transferring claims from another configuration. During inspection, look for cuts, splitting or pieces that no longer remain securely part of the assembly. A vehicle tire that rolls correctly has not thereby been evaluated for chewing, and a tire shaped play item does not establish a suitable wheel fit. Keep the intended versions clearly identified through production and replacement.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
