Rubber trekking pole tips cover the matching pole end with a rubber contact. ETOL offers custom dimensions, colors and compounds for these parts. The fit should be developed around the particular pole end; a crutch tip and trekking-pole cover require their own compatible geometry rather than automatic interchangeability.
For a removable cover, check the internal taper and seating depth against the original pole. A tip that grips only at its opening may loosen as it is lifted and placed repeatedly. Evaluate the pole and tip together on the surfaces expected in use, considering how contact changes when the pole is angled during placement.
After use, remove grit from the contact surface and inspect the inside when the tip is taken off. Small stones or debris in the cavity can prevent full seating on the next outing. Keep spare tips together without crushing their openings beneath other equipment. Replace a tip with a split sidewall or worn-through base, and recheck that the new one reaches its proper position before using the pole again.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
