Small rubber bumper feet with round profiles can be custom molded in colors that suit a product or distinguish variants. Diameter, height, material, and hardness should still be selected for the actual support or contact point. Color is useful for identification when it remains linked to the correct mechanical specification.
Check the area available beneath the supported part and the way the foot attaches. A compact pad should contact the intended surface without sitting partly over an edge or recess. Its installed height needs to remain compatible with the other feet in the same assembly.
Fit the component using the designed retention method and assess the complete product for stable seating. Keep similar color variants separated if their dimensions or compounds differ. During routine care, remove particles from the contact face and inspect the attachment region for movement. Replace a worn foot with the matching height and material rather than choosing solely by visible color. This preserves the intended support while retaining the identification scheme used by the product.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
