Match the attachment and installation method
A Micro USB cover should follow the actual port profile and enter in its intended orientation. The small asymmetric opening leaves little room for an incorrectly aligned plug to turn into place, so the cover should fit without force. Its head also needs to clear the surrounding device housing while remaining accessible for removal.
Check the insertion depth and the space around internal connector features. Match the rubber configuration to the finished device rather than assuming every housing using the same connector has the same external recess. Leave neighboring ports usable where the product design requires simultaneous access.
Keep the cover's contact section clean before insertion and remove it completely before connecting a cable. Avoid storing it where grit can adhere to the surface that returns to the port. Inspect the handling area for tearing after repeated use. If a cover no longer sits correctly, check both the cap and the opening rather than pressing harder into a connector that may contain debris or have sustained damage.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
