Rubber walker tips are available in custom colors and sizes, with optional logos and several material choices. The color can coordinate with the frame or help identify a matching set, but the physical fit must remain the starting point. These tips form the contact between the frame ends and the supporting surface.
For replacement use, match the intended device's leg interface and foot geometry. The cavity shape, seating depth and base dimensions all affect how the fitted tip sits. Do not choose a tip solely because its color and nominal diameter resemble the old one; a stretched old cavity is also a poor reference for a new fit.
Match the device compatibility and support requirements to the particular replacement tip configuration. Use only a version established as appropriate for the particular frame. After fitting, check that each tip is fully seated and secure, and examine the floor-contact surface for embedded debris. Changes in wear across the set can indicate an uneven contact condition that needs attention before continued use.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
