Non-slip rubber feet with screws attach to an equipment base through a defined fastening arrangement, with grip evaluated on the actual supporting surface. The custom molded profile provides the contact beneath the device, while the screw keeps the foot located. The fixing dimensions and the rubber support area need to suit the base together.
Check the fastener length and receiving feature before installation. The screw should secure the foot without protruding through the contact surface or bottoming out before the part is retained. Tightening should not distort the rubber enough to change its installed height or floor contact.
Arrange the feet so the equipment rests evenly, leaving intended ventilation and service openings accessible. Inspect the complete device with cables and accessories in place. Grip depends on the supporting surface and contamination, so keep the contact faces clean rather than treating the feet as an unconditional restraint against movement. During maintenance, inspect the fixing and rubber for loosening or wear. Replace damaged parts with the matching height and profile so the original stance and clearance are maintained.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The custom molded profile provides the contact beneath the device, while the screw keeps the foot located. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
