A Rubber wire cable grommet cushions a wiring passage through a metal or wood cutout. When several individual wires share the opening, the fitting check should confirm that every wire stays inside the bore rather than escaping under a flange during assembly.
The geometry, dimensions, material, hardness and color can be customized. Choose the passage around the finished wire arrangement and leave enough space to route it without pressing a loose lead against the cut edge. Place the grommet before bringing nearby parts into a position that hides the opening where the assembly sequence allows.
As the wires are fed through, keep them together and watch the perimeter. A single stray wire trapped beneath the lip can prevent proper seating while appearing almost hidden. After securing the wiring farther along its route, inspect the entry once more from each accessible side. During later repairs, repeat that check whenever an individual wire is added or removed. Changes within the bundle should not leave the remaining wires resting outside the rubber protection.

When several individual wires share the opening, the fitting check should confirm that every wire stays inside the bore rather than escaping under a flange during assembly. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
