A custom silicone silk screen printing keypad uses printed legends to identify its controls. Place those details on the intended visible key area rather than across a flexible junction that changes shape substantially during a press.
ETOL offers custom size, hardness, color and identification options. Establish the key outline, panel window and viewing direction before positioning the printing. The label should remain distinguishable when the keypad is installed, including on keys near the edge of the housing.
During assembly, protect the printed face from adhesive residue and abrasion. Check the control's movement and the complete electrical response separately from the visual inspection. A readable legend does not establish that its underlying key is aligned correctly. Use a cleaning method compatible with the selected silicone and print construction. If a mark or residue appears, avoid aggressive scraping at the legend. Inspect the housing for an edge rubbing the printed surface and correct that clearance before replacing a damaged key or keypad, so the same contact does not recur.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The label should remain distinguishable when the keypad is installed, including on keys near the edge of the housing. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
