Conductive silicone keypads provide contact features that interact with a matching remote-control circuit board when the keys are pressed. The molded geometry sets the relationship between the visible buttons, flexible sections and underside contact areas. Reliable input requires those areas to meet and separate from the intended board locations.
Compare the complete key pattern with the PCB and housing. A sheet that fits the case can still place a conductive area partly outside its circuit target. The rest gap also needs to remain correct after fastening, so closing the remote does not leave a key continuously actuated.
Evaluate individual and repeated presses in the assembled control without assuming a specific contact resistance or operating life from the product category. If a key behaves differently after the case is opened, inspect the sheet seating and board alignment first. Handle the conductive surfaces cleanly during maintenance, and avoid abrasive treatment that changes their geometry. Replace damaged rubber when a torn web prevents the contact areas from maintaining their intended registration.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
