Custom silicone conductive numeric keypads combine elastic switch buttons with a contact arrangement for number input. The layout should match the circuit and enclosure while giving the user distinct pressing areas. Printed or molded identification can follow the chosen number arrangement and color.
Pay attention to release between repeated entries. A key that remains slightly depressed can behave differently from one that returns fully before the next press. Evaluate repeated numbers and transitions to adjacent keys on the assembled device, including presses made from the normal hand angle.
The conductive function needs assessment with the actual circuit and contact geometry. Keep the underside clean and locate the sheet without stretching it over the board. During maintenance, inspect for rubbing at the panel opening if release becomes slow. A changed response may originate in support or alignment rather than the material alone. Clear residue using compatible methods and correct mechanical restriction before repeated extra force damages the flexible region or contact surface beneath a key.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
