A silicone numeric keypad should make each number a distinct physical target. Custom molding allows the pitch, button face, and common base to follow the device dimensions. The layout needs to support both deliberate single presses and the repeated movement involved in entering a sequence.
Check transitions between adjacent numbers and diagonally across the layout. A face that is easy to press alone may crowd a neighboring key when the user's finger moves quickly. The flexible connections beneath the faces need support so that the mat stays located through those actions.
Develop the key dimensions with the housing openings and internal contact arrangement. Test the complete keypad after assembly, including the outer row where enclosure support can differ. Use clear identification suited to the normal viewing position and selected cleaning process. During installation, keep the base flat and verify that every key is free within its opening. If the device is reopened, inspect the locating features and restore the same supported position before checking the controls again.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
