A silicone numeric keypad combines flexible key surfaces with a numbered layout. Silkscreen numerals need to align with the molded buttons so each printed number remains associated with its intended input position. The user should be able to identify each number clearly before pressing it, including keys near the edge of the housing.
For a custom design, consider the visible key area after the front panel is installed. A numeral near an edge may become crowded by a housing opening or appear off center when the keypad is seated.
Also compare the spacing between neighboring keys with the intended finger contact area. The rubber should return freely after a press without dragging against the panel. Define the electrical switching arrangement and operating force with the assembled control, including the support beneath each key and the height available inside the housing.
Clean the printed faces with a method compatible with the selected finish. Avoid scraping a legend to remove residue, and check readability alongside key movement when inspecting a used control.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
