Silicone round caps can be customized as fitted tips for a particular support. The circular receiving opening establishes how the cap meets the member, while the base shape and depth determine its contact below. Both need to be matched before choosing a component for furniture or a compatible crutch design.
Measure the support after its finish is applied and check for an end radius or local step. A nominally round tube can still stop short in an unsuitable cavity. The cap should reach its intended seat without the base folding or the rim spreading excessively.
Crutch applications require the specific compatible version rather than an ordinary furniture cap with a similar bore. Choose the formulation and geometry for the intended support conditions. During inspection, look inside for wear where the member bears on the rubber and remove particles from the underside. Replace damaged caps with the correct seated depth and base profile. Keeping the original receiving fit alone is insufficient if the replacement changes the support's height or ground-contact relationship.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The circular receiving opening establishes how the cap meets the member, while the base shape and depth determine its contact below. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Compare inside diameter A with the outside of the part being covered. Check inside depth C and overall dimensions B and D for available clearance. These RSE references show a round cap with one closed end.
43 closed-end cap sizes. A is the inside diameter and C is the usable internal depth; B and D describe the outside envelope.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
