Custom Silicone Button Rubber Keypads provide a molded interface between the user's hand and the electronic switching assembly. Size, color and logo options allow the part to suit a specific control layout, while hardness choices from 20 to 80 Shore A can be evaluated with the key geometry.
Before closing the housing, inspect the pad's locating features and the space beneath every moving region. Loose wiring should not sit where a key needs to travel, and the rubber should not be stretched sideways to reach an opening. A keypad placed naturally in its seat is a better starting point than one held flat by enclosure force.
Bring the cover together and check the resting height of the keys before pressing them. Uneven projection can reveal a trapped edge or unsupported section. Test each key near the center and at an ordinary off-center contact point, then confirm release. During maintenance, keep the molded part oriented correctly and repeat the complete key check after reassembly. A single successful press does not reveal interference elsewhere in a connected pad.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
