A Yellow Colored Silicone Rubber Blanking Plug can make an unused opening easy to recognize within an assembly. Custom structure, dimensions and hardness allow the body to suit the hole while the exposed yellow surface provides a visible distinction. Decide what that color identifies so it remains useful during assembly and maintenance.
The closing geometry still needs to match the opening. Check the body depth and any locating feature against the panel or component, including clearance behind the hole. A broad visible top should not conceal a partially engaged or folded region beneath it.
Choose the finished silicone formulation for the surrounding conditions and intended contact. Before fitting, clean the hole edge and remove debris that could mark the rubber. On removal, inspect the inserted body as well as the colored exterior. Keep replacement variants identified by their actual size and profile, especially where several yellow blanks are used. Refit only a sound part that reaches the intended seat without needing extra force or an improvised packing layer.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The closing geometry still needs to match the opening. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
