A Silicone rubber handle grip should be specified in the construction required by its application. A solid elastomer and a sponge or foam version can differ in compression and feel, so compare the chosen form on the actual handle rather than treating similar shapes as equivalent.
ETOL offers custom dimensions, hardness, colors and molded branding. Establish the finished handle size and the space available to the hand. Include the effect of the selected wall thickness on the effective grip diameter and access around nearby hardware.
Fit the component by its intended method and check whether it remains seated during normal hand repositioning. Evaluate the chosen construction with the actual cleaning and contact conditions. During care, inspect the sleeve ends and the region beneath the grip for trapped residue or damage. If the cover rotates or begins to migrate, address the fit or retention before regular use. A softer feel should not be used to conceal an underlying handle mismatch that repeatedly stretches the grip out of position.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The grip wall thickness changes the effective hand diameter and available clearance around nearby hardware. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
