Match the attachment and installation method
A silicone handle cover adds a molded rubber gripping sleeve around a matching handle. The internal profile should follow the portion it covers, including any taper or local change that affects installation. A sleeve that begins fitting smoothly can still bind before it reaches its intended position.
ETOL offers custom sizes, colors and hardness choices, with engraved or embossed logo details. Compare the entire covered length with the handle rather than measuring only its end. Check the available space near collars, bends or adjacent controls before choosing the outer grip profile.
Evaluate the sleeve on the actual handle using the attachment method required by the design. The retained fit should be assessed together with the feel in the hand. During servicing, inspect for movement between the sleeve and support, especially at the ends. Clean the outer surface with a compatible method and avoid using an unapproved lubricant to ease fitting, since residue at the interface can change retention after the sleeve is installed.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
