A silicone rubber pipe sleeve should be assessed after the clamps, brackets or housings around it have been secured. Those parts can change the sleeve's shape and the clearance inside its passage. The loose bore and wall thickness need to be developed with that installed compression in view.
Custom dimensions, hardness and color allow the component to follow the pipe or cable interface. Identify which surfaces are intended to retain the sleeve and which should remain free. The chosen silicone formulation should suit the local exposure and contact materials.
During assembly, keep the rubber aligned and avoid trapping a folded end beneath hardware. Check the inner passage after fastening, looking for excessive squeezing or an offset contact. If the sleeve includes a panel grommet feature, inspect that retaining region separately. During service, look for extrusion marks at the hardware boundary and wear immediately beyond the sleeve. Repeated local damage may indicate that the seat or fastening arrangement needs revision rather than a simple increase in silicone wall thickness.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The loose bore and wall thickness need to be developed with that installed compression in view. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
