Silicone rubber tips can be customized for an end profile, with versions developed around the requirements of furniture legs, crutches or canes. The same general cap form does not make all these applications interchangeable. Select a part developed for the particular support and its required contact conditions.
For a furniture leg, internal shape and base height determine the seated fit and floor contact. A mobility-device end requires the compatible component for that device, including its retention and support geometry. Choose the compound and dimensions for the actual support load and contact conditions.
ETOL offers custom sizes, Pantone colors and logos, and several rubber formulations are available. Keep the intended compound identified when comparing samples; color alone cannot distinguish their performance. Examine both the interior bearing surface and the underside during maintenance. A support end can wear into the inside of a tip while the outer wall still looks undamaged. Replace a tip that has split or lost its secure fit rather than transferring it to another support simply because it is still usable as a cover.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
