Match the attachment and installation method
A silicone water bottle cover provides a custom molded closure around a bottle opening or end feature. The profile should match the actual neck geometry and intended retaining surface. A cover that fits over the neck and a plug that seats inside it use different dimensions and contact arrangements.
Check the rim, seating length, and accessible area for removal before choosing the shape. The selected silicone compound should suit the contents, temperature, and cleaning routine, including any applicable food-contact requirements. Bottle volume alone does not identify the correct closure size.
Fit the cover onto clean surfaces and inspect for a rolled edge or uneven seating. The complete bottle and closure determine the required leak behavior and permitted handling conditions rather than a general good-sealing description. Do not assume suitability for pressurized contents or every storage orientation. Before reuse, inspect the retaining area for tears or permanent deformation and replace a loose part with the matching profile rather than stretching it farther over the neck.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. The profile should match the actual neck geometry and intended retaining surface. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose a blind-hole, tapered, undercut or solid T-shaped profile, then compare its dimensions with the opening and available seating depth. Each profile has its own drawing and dimension meanings.
155 T-shaped plug sizes. Match shank diameter A, head diameter B, shank length C and head thickness D. E is the bottom blind-hole diameter; E = 0 indicates a solid shank.
