A Silk Printing Silicone Keypad provides visible labels on the keys of a compatible remote control. The legend size, contrast and position should suit the portion of each key that remains exposed through the assembled housing.
Check the key arrangement from the normal viewing direction. A label centered on the loose rubber may appear offset if the housing hides part of the key or the keypad is not located correctly. Keep longer legends clear of heavily curved edges where they can be harder to read.
The mechanical alignment deserves a separate check. Each key should move freely through its opening and return without its printed face scraping the bezel. Evaluate the input response with the intended circuit and contact construction. During assembly, protect the printed surface from adhesive residue and sharp handling tools. Use cleaning methods suited to the chosen silicone and printing system rather than assuming a cleaner safe for the housing is also suitable for the key legends. Replace torn or permanently distorted components through the remote's intended service process.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The legend size, contrast and position should suit the portion of each key that remains exposed through the assembled housing. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
