A clear silk screen printing keypad should be developed with the background beneath the silicone in mind. Printed legends may appear different over a circuit, support plate or enclosure cavity than they do on a loose sample. The marking color and placement need to remain readable in the completed product.
Custom dimensions and silicone geometry can follow the control layout. Check how reflections and viewing angle affect the legends, and keep print away from regions that are distorted heavily during button movement. Any intended illumination should be assessed with the actual internal arrangement.
Evaluate mechanical clearance after the housing is fastened. A key that rubs against its opening can damage the visible finish as well as affect return. During assembly, avoid stretching the keypad to align the printed artwork and keep particles away from transparent areas. Clean using a method compatible with the silicone and ink system. If a legend appears misaligned, inspect the sheet position and housing geometry before treating the print itself as the only cause.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
