A stopper plug for hole closure uses a solid molded body to occupy the receiving opening. Custom dimensions allow the seating profile and insertion depth to suit the part being assembled. The body should make the intended contact without extending into space needed by components behind the opening.
Check the hole shape and depth at the actual seating location. A straight bore, tapered opening, or thin panel can need a different retention profile. The selected EPDM or other specified compound must also suit the medium and temperature at that position; different rubber and plastic materials are not automatically interchangeable.
Fit the plug into a clean, smooth opening and avoid forcing it against a sharp edge. Inspect the visible seat for lifting or uneven compression after insertion. Leave sufficient access if the closure is intended to be removed during service. A solid plug should remain intact while it performs its blanking role, and any later change to a cable or tube passage should use a closure designed for that new arrangement.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
