A solid rubber wheel for a toy needs to roll around its intended center. The custom molded body and its hub or axle interface should work together so one section does not sit farther outward than the rest. An unevenly seated wheel can produce a repeating rise and fall as the toy moves.
Check the wheel while rotating it in the actual assembly. Watch the outside surface relative to a fixed point on the toy, keeping fingers clear of moving parts. A recurring high spot may come from the molded profile, debris at the seat, or a mismatched supporting feature. Identify the cause before altering the axle or forcing the rubber into another position.
The selected material and construction must suit the finished toy's intended handling and users. Evaluate retention in that complete product, including movement that may pull on the wheel from the side. Clear loose debris from the rolling surface during care and inspect the center connection if rolling changes. A replacement should reproduce the developed wheel geometry rather than merely share its largest outside measurement.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
