Silicone rubber foot tips fit the intended chair attachment to provide a rubber contact at the lower end. The outer face shows wear against the floor, but the hidden fitting section also needs attention. Movement between the chair and the tip can damage that section before the visible base wears through.
Custom dimensions, material and hardness allow the foot to follow the chair design. Compare the mating end with the internal fit and check for sharp features, loose hardware or an irregular surface that could cut or distort the rubber. The required contact height should be maintained across the chair.
Seat the tips fully and inspect the chair on the intended surface. When replacing a loose part, examine its inside and the attachment area rather than simply selecting a tighter size. Clean away debris before fitting the replacement. During ordinary care, inspect both the floor contact and any visible movement at the retained edge so changes in fit are addressed before the underlying chair part reaches the floor.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
