A suction cup with screw mount combines a threaded accessory connection with a flexible surface attachment. Adjusting the connected hardware can disturb the cup, so the surface seal should be checked again after the accessory reaches its final position.
Confirm the screw dimensions and mating engagement before assembly. The fixture should not press against the rim or require twisting the cup body to reach its operating angle. Select a suitable smooth, nonporous contact area with enough room around the sealing edge.
ETOL can customize the cup profile, material and hardness. Evaluate retention with the completed fixture and intended force direction rather than testing only the unattached cup. A change to the accessory's reach can alter the leverage applied at the edge.
Clean the contact surfaces using a compatible method, attach the fitting and inspect the rim after hardware adjustment. Remove the supported item before releasing suction and allow air beneath the edge instead of pulling through the screw. Check for cuts or permanent distortion before reuse. If the fitting repeatedly moves during adjustment, review the connection method and access rather than tightening against the rubber more forcefully.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
