These tapered rubber cushion feet are identified as a 26 mm version. Compare the nominal size with the complete height, receiving interface and base dimensions before matching the foot to an assembly. The taper affects the space occupied by the part and how its upper and lower faces relate.
For a cushioning or bumper position, identify which face is intended to receive the load. Reversing a tapered part can change the contact area and its clearance around nearby components. Check the mounting interface and any fastening feature separately from the nominal outside size.
Custom materials, colors and dimensions are available, with a listed hardness range of 30 to 90 Shore A. Choose hardness together with the loaded shape rather than treating it as an independent measure of cushioning performance. After installation, examine whether the foot deforms symmetrically or leans under the applied force. Keep it clear of sharp edges that could cut the tapered wall as it deflects, and replace a permanently distorted part before it loses its intended contact.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. Reversing a tapered part can change the contact area and its clearance around nearby components. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
